Default TB-DHTML Fullscreen and Windows XP Service Pack 2

Problem: This Service Pack (SP2/IE 6.0.29 and higher) has changed two items which must be taken care of before using exported ToolBook programs. The first issue is the popup blocker inside the browser. The second issue is popup window sizing has been disabled.

The following image will show a cut down image, notice how the "Exit" button has been cut off.

Following is a full description of the problem with details on how to update your browser setting. Feel free to use this in your own knowledge base, simply change the {our training} and {www.YourWebAddress}.

Full Explanation

With the Release of Service Pack 2 for XP we have found some changes that need to be made in your browser settings, for {our training} to run properly. This Service Pack has changed two items which must be taken care of before using {our training}.

First, the service pack has now incorporated a popup blocker inside the browser. You can disable pop up blocking for {our training} by taking the following steps:

1: Go to {www.YourWebAddress} home page.
2: Click on Tools in the Internet Explorer menu.
3: Choose Pop Up Blocker.
4: Confirm that if it says "Always allow pop ups from this site". You must click it to allow pop ups with {our training}.

Second, the popup window sizing has been disabled. What that means is that sometimes you may not be able to access the buttons on a pop up window. This can be enabled again by:

1: Click on Tools in the Internet Explorer menu.
2: Click on internet options.
3: Click on Security Tab.

4: Click on button called "Custom Level"
5: Scroll down and enable the option called "Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints". This will allow the pop ups to be sized correctly.
