What the Quiz Summarizer Does
The Quiz Summarizer is designed so that ToolBook Developers can easily provide a
summary of quizzes which will give your learners ' specific and
detailed feedback on the results of their quiz. Learners will know
exactly which questions were answered correctly and which were wrong because
the Quiz Summarizer produces a summary table.
The summary table can display a number of different items - you the
developer choose exactly what you want your learners ' to see.

The Quiz Summarizer Widget will extract the text of the
answers for each question and display this text in the Answers column, this
text is also used in the Results column. The exception to this (for
the Results column) is the text entered for a Fill In The Blank (FITB)
question. For some questions like the Match Object, Definable Multiple
Choice and (in some cases) the FITB questions the actual text of the answers
is not appropriate or it can be completely useless. Therefore, the
Quiz Summarizer Widget will use the NB_SummaryAnswers userProperty of
a given question object instead of the actual answer text. The following is
an example of a Definable Multiple Choice question:

The Quiz Summary would look like:
| Question |
Answers |
Results |
| Identify the shutter release button by
clicking on it. |
1 2 3 4 5 |
2 |
Clearly the above is of no use to he learner, to overcome this limitation
of the question you can assign meaningful answers to the NB_SummaryAnswers
userProperty, to do this: Simple, go to the page with the question on it
and select the question object. Enter <Ctrl> + F4 to open up the properties
browser and select the user tab. Double-click <Add New> and then add your
new property along the lines illustrated below:

Now the Quiz Summary will look like:
| Question |
Answers |
Results |
| Identify the shutter release button by
clicking on it. |
1 = View Finder 2 = Shutter Release 3 = Shutter Speed Selector 4 = Auto Release 5 = Lens |
2 = Shutter Release |
