Request another Download Link: Please note: You will find it easier to request a download link if you have ensured that you have an open and active internet connection before you select this option.

Clicking this option will automatically send an e mail to ToolBookDeveloper .com. At the same time the following dialog will appear informing you that the e mail has been sent.

A copy of the e mail that has been sent will also be sent to your registered e mail address.

The User Name and Company Name are filled in by default from the windows System settings that have been found on your computer, however you may change these. You will also need to fill in your e mail address. This is the address that will be registered for support so please make sure that it is an accurate e mail address. ToolBook Developer does not distribute your e mail address to anyone else so you should not enter a dummy address here.

Please bear in mind that if you alter the User Details that you confirmed in this dialog at a later date you may very well affect your entitlement to support.

With the installation completed successfully registration of the product is initiated.

Click Yes.

If this is the first ToolBookDeveloper.com product you are installing (or the first one that requires registration) you will then be asked to confirm your User Details.

Make sure that your details are correct (so that you get the support to which you are entitled) and click update.

With that done you will be asked to read and accept the End User License Agreement.

Upon accepting the End User License Agreement you will be presented with the following dialog.

You need to enter your Sales Order number that you will have received from the ToolBook Developer Store when you made your purchase. A valid Sales Order number will be in the form of 1234. As soon as that is entered click the ‘Automatic’ button. As long as you have an open internet connection and there are no problems with the information that you have entered that’s all there is to it and you will be presented with a dialog telling you that the product has been registered. Now all you need do is close the installer program and you will have successfully installed and registered your ToolBookDeveloper.com product.

However, if your e-mail address is different from the one entered on the original order then you will receive a different message informing you that an e-mail has been sent to you and to the e-mail address on the order.  At this point the product has not been registered and you would click the next two OK buttons and wait until you receive the Serial Number.

There may be occasions when automatic registration is not possible; you may have an intermittent or closed internet connection or you may have entered the wrong Sales Order Number by mistake. At this point please re-check the Sales Order Number and ensure that all fields in the above dialog contains the correct information.

If that should happen you will see the following dialog.

When you click on the "Manual" button the following dialogs will apear:

Click "Yes" and follow the instructions contained in the dialog.

When you open your e mail client and paste the details into the body you should see something similar to the illustration at the top of the next page.

The ‘To’ and ‘Subject’ fields have been filled out as suggested. Please remember that the serial number that you are requesting ill now be generated manually as opposed to automatically and consequently it may take up to 48 hours for you to receive an e mail containing your serial number.

Now that you have completed your e mail and sent it off you can close the dialog telling you to send an email. Should you have had a problem pasting the details into an e mail and lost the contents of the clipboard don’t panic, simply click the "Manual" button again.

Once this process have been completed click the "Close" button and you will be informed that the product has not as yet been registered.

If you know your e mail has gone click ‘Yes’, but if you had a problem click no and the dialog telling you to send an e mail will re-appear and once again the details that you need to send will have been put into the clip board.

During the course of the next 48 hours you will receive an e mail containing your serial number. As soon as you have it you will be ready to complete the registration process. Open up ToolBook and then open up the product you wish to register and open it’s extended editor. At this point you will see the following dialog:

Click ’Yes’

Now enter the serial number you received in the e mail. It should resemble a format like
12-345-678-910. Once you have entered it click OK.

Well Done. You have successfully registered your ToolBookDeveloper.com product.
